Direct Primary Care is our core service,
which entails a membership.
We offer limited additional services by appointment for non-members of the practice, such as microdermabrasion facials, hormone consultation and sexual and reproductive health visits.

• Chronic care: Endocrine disorders (PMOS--formerly PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes, insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, osteoporosis, weight and other metabolic concerns), Gastrointestinal (irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, GERD), Kidney and urological conditions (chronic kidney disease, BPH), Respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, sleep apnea), Cardiovascular conditions (high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, anemia and iron deficiency, peripheral vascular disease, high cholesterol), and other chronic care (allergies, vitamin deficiencies, hair thinning, etc)
• LGBTQ+ inclusive care, including gender affirming care
• Trauma informed sexual healthcare for all gender identities (including concerns about libido, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, painful sex)
• Hormone therapy for perimenopause & menopause
• Contraception, pregnancy prevention including IUD & Nexplanon insertion/removals, and options counseling
• Sexually transmitted infection testing, treatment, and prevention including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea prevention
• Multidisciplinary care coordination between specialists
• Outpatient medical management of eating disorders
• Evaluation and treatment of menstrual disorders
• Outpatient medical management of mild to moderate anxiety, depression, OCD & ADHD
• Skin care for acne, eczema, rosacea, perioral dermatitis-- including microdermabrasion facials
• Sports, school, camp and work physicals
• EKG and comprehensive lab testing on site
• Free clinic to the community on Tuesday nights: HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis C rapid testing, & birth control consults
